Our craft kits are made by hand with love and care, you will not find these kits anywhere else online. We carefully select all the materials by hand and draw and cut each item specially for you. If you want any customisation on your kit we are happy to discuss this, please get in touch. 

We will be happy to make any changes to your order or offer a full refund within 24 hours of making your purchase. Unfortunately, because each order is made by hand, after this time, once we have started making your order we will be unable to refund you. We are, however, more than happy to make reasonable changes if possible.

We can deliver your craft kit free of charge within Alton, Bordon and surrounding villages and within a 5 mile radius. Alternatively, we can post your kit within the UK only for an additional charge.
